Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SZNS Active & Lounge!

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sznsactive@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Damaged / Worn and Torn Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide details of the damage along with CLEAR photos to facilitate the assessment process.

We understand that some wear and tear may occur through regular use of our clothing. Our policy covers manufacturing defects and NOT damages/ defects resulting from misuse or excessive wear.

This policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or accidents. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at sznsactive@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds

Items must be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for return or exchange. Original proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
