1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving your order, following our return policy guidelines.

2. Order Modification

  • If you need to modify your order (e.g., change size, color, or shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications cannot be guaranteed.

3. Out-of-Stock Items

  • In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to cancel the item for a full refund or choose a replacement item.

4. Order Cancellation by SZNS Active & Lounge

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. This may include situations where a pricing error occurs, no stock, or there are issues with payment processing or fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
